Corrections
We get things wrong sometimes. When we do, we fix it on the article itself and say what changed.

How to report an error
Email arreytabe26@gmail.com with the subject line "Correction". Please include:
- the article title or URL;
- the exact sentence or figure you believe is wrong;
- what you believe the correct position is; and
- a source we can check, if you have one.
You do not need an account to report an error, and we do not require you to give your name.
What happens next
- Within three working days the editor-in-chief acknowledges your message.
- The desk re-checks the claim against the original source. If the source supports our version, we tell you which document and where.
- If we were wrong, the article is corrected the same day the error is confirmed, and a dated note is added to the foot of the piece describing what changed.
The three kinds of change we make
- Correction — a factual error. The original wording is replaced and the change is disclosed on the article.
- Clarification — the facts were right but the wording could mislead. We rewrite for clarity and note that we have done so.
- Update — a developing story has moved on. New material is added and dated; earlier reporting is not silently deleted.
We do not quietly unpublish articles to make an error disappear. If a piece is withdrawn entirely, the URL keeps a note explaining why.
Right of reply
If you are named or directly criticised in an Insight Media article and believe the coverage is unfair or incomplete, write to us. Where the point stands up, we will add your response to the article.
